How to check your Panama Competence certificate online?

Panama is one of the major ships registering country. As part of the trade they used to hold examinations and issue competence certificates for the Deck and Engine officers. Also they issue equivalent certificates for the officers if they are going to work in a Panama registered vessel. So if you have a panama competence certificate or applied for one or sent one for renewal you can check your certificate's status online. The documents are divided in to two as STCW 78 Document and STCW 95 Document.

Or Número de CT: There you can write your licence number and press "Procesar"
If your details not available there or you want to check click the blue colour link in the bottom named as " Convenio STCW-95 y Oficiales " It will take it to the other data base STCW 95
